    We usually ship orders in stock within 24 hrs of payment from Tuesday to Friday. At the very most it can take up to 5 business days.

    We use La Poste shipping service.

    We ship orders to all the European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

    We accept returns within 15 days of purchase. Please make sure that the items still have all original tags and labels attached to them and that they are unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

    HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

    Please make sure that all items still have the original tags and labels attached to them and that they are unworn, unwashed and undamaged. 

    WILL YOU REIMBURSE MY SHIPPING COSTS?

    We’ll reimburse your shipping costs only if you’ve received the wrong item(s). In all other cases shipping will be at your expense. We recommend insuring your return package (or obtaining a tracking number of some sort). Please note that returns are out of our control until they’ve arrived at our warehouse.

    CAN I RETURN MY ORDER VIA YOUR STORE?

    HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A REFUND TO GO THROUGH?

    We will process your return as soon as we receive it, please allow 3–10 days for your bank account to update.
